As a matter of self-reference, I asked Gemini to generate an image for me:

I admit that this form of communication is perhaps a bit vulgar or obscence. But I find the problem itself obscene as well as the audacity/insolence of those contributing to that problem.

Meta (a wiki covering/bracketing Wikipedia, Wikiversity, Wiktionary, etc.) is discussing possible remedies/global policy in a RFC from April 2026. The policies of various projects are listed in another Meta page. I created a related Wikidebate in Wikiversity. In the English Wikiversity, I proposed a near-prohibition of inserting output of GenAI into wiki pages, but I did not find support for it. Instead, they approved something that I find relatively toothless, but we will see.
